pink32,

my comp is asking for a password as soon as I turn it on, I have never had to have a password before. Why is this happening?

Is it a Toshiba laptop? Asking for a BIOS password you have never set up? It's a known issue with some newer Toshiba laptops.
Call Toshiba and ask them to remove the BIOS password at no charge even if the laptop is out of warranty.

ACK,

I have a Qosmio G25-AV513. Spilled some milk all over the keyboard and i immediately shut down the computer. Now it won’t turn on again (after roughly 1/2 hour).

It's possible that you damaged the motherboard.

Steps taken so far: Shut down computer. Dry cloth to absorb excess liquid. Removed battery. Removed power cord. Laptop is currently open and standing on its side to dry.

I have not (nor do I know how to) removed the keyboard or opened the computer at all.

Do not install the battery or plug AC adapter until you remove the keyboard and take a closer look at the damage.
You'll find laptop disassembly instructions at www.irisvista.com/tech/
Clean the spill under the keyboard.

nvgroups,

My Toshiba Qosmio F10 system does not power-up. When I attach the system to the power supply, nothing happens – the LED will not glow or blink. I checked the adopter (power cord) and it works fine. The battery was replaced one year ago (when the system was in warranty, Now I do not have warranty). What can I do to make it work again.

Sounds like the motherboard failure to me. I guess you'll have to replace the motherboard.

p.lopez,

cj2600 I did what you posted and NOTHING happened Now The laptop comes with a 19v 6.3a output charger when I plugged it in nothing, I also have a charger 15.6v 5A out put , when I used that one I can hear a clicking sound coming from the CPU

I guess it's bad motherboard. You cannot use a 15V adapter with this motherboard. It requires 19V.
