Vikrant Singhal,

i need an LCD (glossy) for my lenovo 3000 g510 as it is broken.
please is tell me form where can i buy this part cheap.

The best way to find a new compatible screen is searching by the part number.
You can find the part number on the back side of the screen. Use either Lenovo part number or LCD model number. Google the part number and search for a cheap screen.

I recently purchased a used HP/Compaq NC6000 laptop. It's missing: power supply/power cord, hard drive, hard drive carriage, and hard drive security screw. I tried your link to find the parts, but it only defaults to e-bay's main page and not to rover.ebay.com (broken link?). I paid very little for the laptop and would very much like to keep it that way. Can you direct me to a site to get used (working) parts that are missing with this laptop?

I hope this question is acceptable in this part of your site.

I have an old Acer travelmate 220 which I use only as a spare. The rtc battery died. It is a BTY LI 3V CR2032T6 210MAH 50MM and it seems to be impossible to get a replacement retail in the UK. A helpful vendor has suggested an alternative in the form of an IBM P/N 02K7063 which is a Lithium Manganese Dioxide. Voltage: 3.0V. Capacity: 220 mAh. It seems to have the correct connector, but in any case I don't mind a bit of soldering. I am willing to risk the machine, because it is old and useless without a replacement battery, but can you tell me whether (a) I am likely to be wasting my money because the thing just won't work, (b) whether you see any safety implications.
