I have sony vaio e series laptop working in pvt org. while travelling i met an accident the bus tyre slightly crashed my laptop [ to my knowledge it is not that much defect in it ] i want to know whether my laptop can be serviced and when i approached the service centre where i am not getting proper response. I can’t able to trust this people to give for service . kindy help me to regain my laptop by guiding whether any major pblms /minor replacements needed to reuse it.

I have VAIO PCG-31311M, product: VPCYB3V1E. Can I ask you for the service manual? It’s a hard work to charge the battery because of the connector. I want to repair it but I don’t know how to reach it… Or some advice? Thanks

Anyone know where to change the CMOS battery for a Vaio VGN-CS190? I don’t see it in the service manual for this model. (I prefer to avoid dismantling the entire laptop to find it if possible.)

in this computer cant use this disc of recovery, confirm the model. error : 212
