Actually what is happening with me that everything is going cool, fan is running in smooth sound, sometimes it is working for hours, sometimes I make a load (videos, programs, ...etc.) and still running in good efficiency, other times when I just start a dvd it starts to freeze then fan produces a louder sound for seconds then it shuts down... do you have any idea?]]></description>

hi guyz can anyone help me plz i have Toshiba Satellite C660 last night i cleaned the fan and replace the heat sink with thermal greece and then when i on my laptop with Ac adopter the red light blinks continuosly first i thought might be a problem with my battery so charged whole night by turning off my laptop and charged morning it was fully charged so the windows starts as normal but when i connect Ac Adopter the red light blinks i dont know why???? can anyone help me out with this thank you in advance&quot;

check dc power jack, if problem is not in jack- more than likely, it would be system board failure

Turn on the laptop and listen closely for the fan sounds. Can you hear the cooling fan working? There is a chance the fan failed and in this case cleaning the heat sink will not help, you&#039;ll have to replace the fan.]]></description>
